- Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours before the scheduled booking date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the booking will not be accepted.
- Menu Selections: Once your booking is confirmed, the sandwich option selected cannot be changed on the day of your reservation. Soft drink alternative available on the day.

New Year’s Eve 2025 at Uber Lounge – Absolutely Unforgettable!nnWe had the most incredible New Year’s Eve celebration at Uber Lounge to watch the London fireworks, and I just had to share the experience.nnThis was our first time venturing into the city for the fireworks—normally we avoid the crowds and the cold—but we’re so glad we did. It was truly worth it.nnHere’s a quick rundown: there were four of us, and we booked tickets that included Uber Boat pickup and drop-off from Embankment Pier. From the moment we arrived, the lounge looked stunning and felt so welcoming. Drinks on arrival set the tone, and the DJs kept the vibe alive with amazing tunes all night.nnDinner was a highlight—a superb four-course meal with food quality that exceeded expectations. Then came the main event: the fireworks! Thanks to the lounge’s location, we had the perfect view to ring in 2026 in style.nnA huge shout-out to Jasmyn and her team for hosting such a flawless evening. Their attention to detail and warm hospitality made it unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back for NYE 2026!

I came to an engagement, baby shower and birthday party rolled into one and it was an enjoyable evening.nI haven't been on a boat that many times in my life and so this was a unique environment for me. The clipper lounge is permanently docked at embankment so it's extremely easy to get to and it's not too far away from the station, it's literally just across the road.nThe clipper rocks a bit so if you get a little sea sick then it may take some time to adjust.nThe atmosphere on the boat was amazing, it's quite big, I think it can hold 100 + people no problem. The service was impeccable, any time I needed a drink, the staff was incredibly quick to get to me. Whenever I was on the table, staff would clear the table of items so the tables are always nice and clean. The staff were fantastic.nThe food was lovely as well. Little plates of rice and meat, cakes as well.nI really enjoyed my time here. Next time I need to host something, I'll definitely think about the clipper lounge 🤗

If I could give Clipper Lounge 10/10 stars, I absolutely would!nnWe had afternoon tea here today, and from start to finish it was a delightful experience. The staff were incredibly warm, professional, and accommodating. When we arrived, they were unable to find our reservation, yet they handled the situation with such grace and professionalism that we never felt stressed or unwelcome. They immediately worked to accommodate us and made us feel genuinely cared for.nnAs it turned out, the mistake was entirely mine—I had accidentally booked the reservation for July 10th instead of June 10th! Despite my error, the team went above and beyond to ensure we could still enjoy our afternoon tea, and for that I am truly grateful.nnThe food and tea were wonderful, but what really made the experience memorable was the exceptional customer service. The atmosphere was equally impressive, with beautiful views overlooking the River Thames and the London skyline, creating the perfect setting for a relaxing afternoon.nnThank you to the entire team for turning what could have been a stressful situation into one of the highlights of our London trip. I would not hesitate to book here again and highly recommend Clipper Lounge to anyone looking for a memorable afternoon tea experience.
