What’s Not Included:

• Tickets are not valid to use on The O2 Post Show Express or on the West Zone services (Putney – Battersea Power Station)
• Food and beverages (available for purchase on Uber Boat and at cable car stations).
• Attraction entrance tickets to other landmarks. 
• Pick-Up is not included: please go to any pier between Battersea Power Station and Barking Riverside

Extra Information:

• Present your printed or e-ticket at any Uber Boat by Thames Clippers pier within the Central and East zones (between Battersea Power Station and Barking Riverside) and at The IFS Cloud Cable Car stations.
• Nearest Pier: North Greenwich
• Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• The ticket is valid only for the selected date.
• Prohibited items on Uber Boat include hazardous materials, inflammable substances, and items over 2 meters in length. 
• London Cable Car may temporarily suspend the service due to high winds and lightning alerts. UBTC can suspend their services due to dense fog and adversed weather conditions.

What Customers Need to Know:

• Boarding is on a first-come, first-served basis
• Present your e-ticket or printed voucher to staff at Uber Boat piers and the IFS Cloud Cable Car stations.
• The Uber Boat return journey is valid for travel to/from any piers within the Central and East zones (between Battersea Power Station and Barking Riverside) and the cable car ticket includes one roundtrip journey.
• Please check service timetable for departure times from the piers of your choice.
• Children under 10 must be accompanied by an adult.
• Ensure all belongings are securely stored during travel.

Accessibility

• All our piers are step-free and wheelchair accessible except for Cadogan, London Bridge City and Wandsworth Riverside Quarter piers. This is because the brow can become too steep, dependant on the tide, at these locations, making it unsafe for wheelchair users.

The closest accessible piers are:

• Battersea Power Station Pier across the river from Cadogan
• Bankside Pier for London Bridge City
• Putney or Plantation Wharf Pier for Wandsworth Riverside Quarter
• Customer Service Assistants are here to help all customers at London Eye, Westminster, Embankment, Bankside, London Bridge, Tower, Canary Wharf, Greenwich and North Greenwich piers from 10:00-18:00.
